The exclusive Pilates classes are currently being held via Zoom on Tuesday mornings and evenings. These classes use gentle flowing exercises which coordinate with your breath, to help improve core stability and flexibility, improving balance and posture. The class numbers are limited to just 7, this gives you an opportunity to give and receive more feedback from the instructor and allows you to hone in on your technique. This class is uses a chair for support and is specifically designed for people that struggle to get down and up from the floor and need more assistance with balance. A good class for people that are new to exercise, recovering from injury or surgery or a little under confident about joining a big group. The limited numbers also allows for a calm intimate feel to the session.
