Zoom classes can be done in the comfort of your own home, using your computer, tablet or smart phone. You will be sent a link via email which you can use to access class on Monday 9.15am, Monday 8pm, Wednesday 9am and Friday 9.30am. The class are appropriate for all levels and ability. Using calm flowing exercises we strengthen the deep core muscles and improve flexibility, posture and balance.
Pilates 1:1 by Appointment
We are able to provide private sessions for 1 person in Emma’s home studio in Uphill. These sessions give you the opportunity to have a class that is specifically tailored for you and your physical needs and goals. If you have a specific area of your Pilates technique that you want to explore or you want to build your confidence before joining a large group. Sessions are held on Monday daytime and evenings, Tuesday and Wednesday daytime and Friday afternoons.
